Silly Putty is for Silly Boys!

I got some bio paint and solution to make some silly putty for a play date.

It came in yesterday and the play date isn't for another few weeks and we just could not wait to have some fun with it.

Looks like it can be pretty messy, but when it's all mixed together comes off your hands easily.

He wanted to make more colors, so he did.

He's saying "cheese", what a ham!

This is what you get when you mix all the colors together. If you keep blending, it just turns black.

Can't wait for the play date later this month so all the kids can have fun with silly putty too!

Say Cheese!

Today we took our little Monkey to the Meadowood Mall to visit with the Easter Bunny and get his picture taken. I was very happy to see he is getting over his fear of people in character costumes.

He went right up to the rabbit and sat on his lap.

Yes, I ignored all the signs that said,

"DO NOT USE YOUR OWN CAMERA IN THIS AREA!"

His pep talk must have work, because he walked right over and sat next to him.

Afterwards we grabbed some lunch at the food court. Not really a great place to eat, but MJ was hungry. I didn't give him any snacks or lunch until he got his picture taken. Made that mistake before.

After lunch he took a couple of spins on the merry-go-round

The simple things that amuse a child. Love it!

Plus, I can eat in peace :o)
